Forgot my Online Password

Passwords are unique to the CLYNK system where they are only required for your online/mobile app account. It is something you would have set up during the account creation process on our website or when registering an account created at the kiosk online.


When ready, navigate to https://www.clynk.com/login/ you will see an link under the password entry "Forgot your password?" Click the link.



You will first be required to enter your username.




After a successful username entry, you will be prompted to answer the security question "What street did you live on in the third grade?"



This is something you would have entered during the account creation process. Note: it is not case sensitive but it requires the exact spelling from when it was originally entered. For example, if you lived on Main Street but you entered Main St, you will be required to enter "Main St" After a successful submission, you will receive an email to the email address we have on file for you. This will contain a randomly generated password which can be used to regain access to your account.
